Marlo Furniture - Worse customer service organization ever
Under no circumstances should you spend your money with this company. It is without the doubt the worst furniture company I have ever dealt with in my adult life.
After 4 attempts to deliver my furniture including one in which I sent it back they finally got it here only to have scratched legs again. The exact same reason I sent back previously. Delivery man says they will deliver new legs to me or i can pick them up. I choose to pick them up and that they would give me a call when they were ready (supposedly that day). No call comes.
During that time I inspect the couch further and realize that it is the same chair I sent back previously. I basically get duped. No remorse from Marlo's though, they still want to charge the restocking fee which is ridiculous. And the customer service rep. Gerson is extremely rude. Typical for customer service representative at Marlo.
