Furniture was delivered to my home and China Cabinet was discontinued. Management was rude and obnoxious and upper management has yet to call me or help rectify my situation. Marlo was aware furniture was discontinued before furniture was delivered and did not make me aware until I inquired.Manager showed no concern and referred me to customer service stating that's why he pays them to do their job, manger refused to call customer service while I was there to help me rectify my situation and refused to give me his managers name and number stating that he owned half of Marlo Furniture and that I needed to deal with Customer Service on my own.

Monetary Loss: $1340.
