Most horrible customer service and shopping experience. DO NOT SHOP WITH MARLO EVER!!!!

To start, they charge high delivery fees! Secondly, I was waiting for three week to schedule my delivery. After multiple calls and frets that I want to cancel my order they gave me the delivery date, and explained the time loop that they had a glitch in their system (seriously) that didn't allowed them to schedule the date. Thirdly, they do not let you know in advance the delivery time window so you can plan accordingly, only one day before delivery date.

I received the phone call in PM hours, not AM hours at list, that makes it hard to rearange your agenda an evening before. Plus, I have not been contacted back with apologies by anybody from management team.

This says they DO NOT CARE about their customers at all. THE WORST STORE AND MANAGENTT TEAM EVER.
