Not resolved

To who it may concern I have been lied to about the delivery and setup of my furniture. The sales man first lied and told me my delivery charge was 65.00.

Then he told me and the delivery coordinator told me my current queen size bed, mattress and box spring will be removed out of my house. Similar as Sears does when you purchase an appliance from them. They will assemble your appliance and remove the older one into their trucks. While calling customer service the delivery men started to un-assemble my furniture, not allowing me to the time to talk to a decision maker about my concern.

Nobody was available to speak to me. I finally signed the papers but I clearly wrote I was NOT SATISFIED. I did not receive satisfaction with this entire process and I am very disappointed.
