Marlo's funitures company

My wife and myself had prechest 4500$ in a bedroom set only two half monthes ago. We had the protection plan with that and our bed has allready broke that boxes spring is broking and Marlo's has not help us at all. their protection plan is another campany so they can pass off blame. I have place three trouble calls in trying to have my funiture fix. it has taken more than a month to contact me back and when the date for the funiture repare guy was set they never showed up and did not call us to cancle they appointment. this and been the worst expriences i have never had and i dont know how to protect myself i think i might have to sue this company
