Marlo Furniture wrong items delivered no help from customer service

I purchased furniture on 1/23/08 and could not get it delivered until 2/14/08. The bed I ordered came with the wrong color bed rails and I could not get the issue resolved through customer service. I was told to leave a message and they were not sure when the correct rails would be delivered. Now I am left here to look at a head board and foot board with no bed for my child to sleep on. Marlo is the worst store to deal with and I would not purchase anything from that store in the future.
