Marlo Furniture complaint
Marlo deliverd damaged furniture as new. they wanted me to pay for furniture I did not have and Marlo's year free finance charge is a fraud! there is noone to talk to in customer Service. They would give you a number to contact in a letter. the number would be nonexistent. Calls and emails to store manager went unanswered. Later, I received a delinquent notice regarding furniture I did not have in my posession.The collection agent was rude and insensitive. he demanded that I do several things and marlo did nothing.I will never purchase furniture from them again!
